The role involves supporting HR management, ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and enforcing HR policies. The Junior Executive will play a key role in creating a productive and positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and HR standards.Qualifications <ul><li>Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations</li><li>Experience in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies</li><li>Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Kamthi and contribute effectively to team collaboration</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Proficiency in HR management tools and software is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,487.60 - ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
