Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive - Human Resources located in Kamthi. The role involves supporting HR management, ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and enforcing HR policies. The Junior Executive will play a key role in creating a productive and positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and HR standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kamthi and contribute effectively to team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR management tools and software is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,487.60 - ₹12,000.00 per month
