Job SummarySukoon Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver structured, patient-centric occupational therapy interventions across OPD, IPD, and Rehabilitation services. The role focuses on improving patients&rsquo; functional abilities, emotional regulation, coping skills, and life skills through individualized, evidence-based therapy plans, supporting holistic recovery and reintegration into daily life.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients&rsquo; physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial functioning</li><li>Identify patient needs, goals, strengths, and barriers to recovery</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather inputs for treatment planning</li></ul>Treatment Planning &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Develop individualized occupational therapy plans aligned with clinical goals</li><li>Design and deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions</li><li>Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence</li></ul>Therapeutic Interventions<ul><li>Conduct activities to improve physical strength, coordination, and cognitive functioning</li><li>Support emotional regulation, stress management, and adaptive coping skills</li><li>Deliver life-skills training to support community reintegration</li></ul>Progress Monitoring &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Regularly review patient progress and modify treatment plans as required</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as per hospital protocols</li></ul>Interdisciplinary Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and allied therapists</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions</li></ul>Family &amp; Caregiver Education<ul><li>Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic goals and home-based support strategies</li><li>Provide guidance to promote continuity of care outside the clinical setting</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Ethical Practice<ul><li>Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of occupational therapy practice</li><li>Stay updated with current research and best practices in mental health occupational therapy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
