**Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated Bellman to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, offering directions, and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.**Duties:**- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner-Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features- Arrange transportation for guests as needed- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area- Assist with valet parking services when necessary- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently**Requirements:**- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services- Ability to perform night audit duties is advantageous- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquetteJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
