Bellman/Valet

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Bellman to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, offering directions, and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

**Duties:**

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner

-Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings

- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features

- Arrange transportation for guests as needed

- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area

- Assist with valet parking services when necessary

- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems

- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services

- Ability to perform night audit duties is advantageous

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
