We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bell Captain to lead our Bellman Team at a premier resort. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional hospitality, coordinating bell staff, managing guest luggage and transportation needs, and fostering a warm, guest-centric environment. Duties

  • Oversee the bell staff team to ensure prompt and courteous assistance with guest luggage, transportation, and concierge services
  • Develop weekly bell staff schedules and coordinate staffing adjustments to ensure efficient guest service and operational coverage throughout the resort.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing personalized assistance to enhance their stay
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage guest requests efficiently, including arranging transportation, delivering amenities, or providing local information
  • Lead luggage handling operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining efficiency
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster positive experiences
  • Maintain organized records of guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery experience
  • Previous hotel or resort experience in a customer service or front desk role is highly preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
  • Strong background in hospitality or guest services with a focus on luxury or resort environments
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a team and coordinating daily operations in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude toward guest interactions
