Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Operations Supervisor is based in Falmouth, MA. The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the property. Responsibilities include managing team members, food, beverage and retail ordering and inventories, implementing operational procedures, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and analyzing processes for opportunities to improve efficiency. The supervisor will play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence and team engagement.

• Strong supervisory and team management skills
• Operations expertise, including operations management and process implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or similar industries is preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules
• High school diploma or equivalent required
