We’re looking for a confident, people-first Front Desk Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and knows how to lead with both heart and precision.
In this role, you’ll set the tone for the guest journey, empower your team to deliver exceptional service, and ensure daily front desk operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our brand standards. RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead by example, always modeling elevated guest service and professional excellence
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless guest experience
- Act as the communication hub between front desk team members, leadership, and other hotel departments
- Train, mentor, and develop team members on systems, procedures, service standards, and brand expectations
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes
- Monitor cash handling, cashier closings, and deposits to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Review reports, guest feedback, and operational logs to identify trends and continuously improve performance
- Proactively manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest packages to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain high visibility in the lobby to support guests and team members in real time
- Ensure team members maintain professional appearance and represent the brand with pride
- Partner with Sales to coordinate group arrivals, room assignments, billing accuracy, and smooth group experiences
- Uphold all safety standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements
- Support Front Office leadership with additional operational priorities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hospitality leadership or supervisory experience (1yr minimum)
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and coach teams
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Attention to detail and organization
Job Type: Full Time Hourly Pay: $20 per hour
