  Key responsibilities

   Issue Delivery notes and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor order status, materials delivery, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of materials/services.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   Track lead times and supplier performance, recommending cost-saving and process improvements.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>

   Requirements
  </span>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   1&ndash;2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (construction/ICT/low-current experience is a plus ).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
   High attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple requests under time pressure.&ZeroWidthSpace;
  </li>
  <li>
