We are seeking an experienced in-house Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for insurance claims processing, denial follow-up, and ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Submit and follow up on insurance claims</li><li>Work denials, rejections, and underpayments to resolution</li><li>Verify insurance coverage and benefits</li><li>Ensure accurate coding and billing (CPT, ICD)</li><li>Communicate with patients regarding balances and insurance questions</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Medical billing experience REQUIRED (applications without billing experience will not be considered)</li><li>Experience working insurance claims and denials</li><li>Familiarity with Medicaid and managed care plans preferred</li><li>Knowledge of CPT, ICD coding, and billing processes</li><li>eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li></ul>Apply TodaySubmit your resume through Indeed.
