This role works closely with team members and management to ensure a welcoming and efficient coffee shop experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with consistency and care.</li><li>Follow brand and property standards when preparing menu items and beverages.</li><li>Create latte art when requested to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the coffee bar, equipment, coolers, and storage areas.</li><li>Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide helpful menu recommendations.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Assist management with product inventory when needed.</li><li>Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.</li><li>Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.</li></ul>QualificationsEducationNo formal education required.
