*THIS JOB STARTS AS A PART TIME BUT HAS AN OPTION TO GO FULL TIME DEPENDING ON A COUPLE OF FACTORS*Sun Diego Car Rental has an opportunity for a part-time customer service agent at our main location near the San Diego Airport. Someone who can multitask and thrive under pressure. A person who can effectively communicate and listen when working with a client. Dependability and availability are a must for this position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Detailed oriented individual who can provide outstanding customer service. Must be able to retain names well.</li><li>Answer questions regarding reservations and rentals.</li><li>Ability to perform vehicle inspections for rentals.</li><li>Gather documents from customers.</li><li>Prepare and create rental agreements.</li><li>Providing customers with undivided attention while working on their rentals and or reservations.</li><li>Filing and other office duties.</li><li>Answer emails and reach out to customer via emails/phone.</li><li>Driving vehicles</li><li>To be able to assist upper management.</li><li>Ordering parts and keeping tabs on vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Collecting Payment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be over the age of 21 years old.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li><li>High school Diploma and or G.E.D. (College education preferred)</li><li>Minimum of two years customer service.</li><li>Can handle multiple tasks at a given time.</li><li>Sales background, 2 years. (preferred)</li><li>Has basic knowledge of operating Windows.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li><li>Must consent to a background check (paid by employer)</li><li>English/Spanish speaker (helpful)</li><li>Apart from religious observances, must have open availability and must be able to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>Starting pay is 20 dollars an hour.</li><li>Company car after 90 days with a good driving record.
