Procurement AdministratorPosition OverviewThe Procurement Administrator will provide direct support to Sunbelt&rsquo;s Warehouse &amp; Equipment Manager. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day purchasing, inventory tracking, equipment coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple project and warehouse needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support Procurement Activities</li><li>Assist in sourcing and ordering materials, supplies, and equipment as directed by the Warehouse Manager.</li><li>Obtain vendor quotes and help track purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors on open orders.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Warehouse Support</li><li>Help maintain accurate inventory records through counts, logs, and digital systems.</li><li>Assist with organizing warehouse materials and equipment check-in/check-out.</li><li>Track and document movement of tools/equipment between warehouse and jobsites.</li><li>Equipment &amp; Tool Coordination</li><li>Support scheduling for equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.</li><li>Assist in keeping service records and updating logs.</li><li>Administrative Support</li><li>Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as requested by the Warehouse Manager.</li><li>Maintain vendor files, warranty information, and service contracts.</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance for warehouse operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse administration, or construction support role preferred.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or procurement software a plus.</li><li>Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, managers, and field teams.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Pay: 40-65k depending on experience and skills</li><li>Discretionary Bonuses.</li><li>401(K) with employer match.</li><li>Dental/Health/Vision/Life Insurance Available.</li><li>Annually Accrued PTO Days &amp; Paid Company Holidays.</li><li>Company Computer and phone provided.</li></ul>Sunbelt Waterproofing &amp; Restoration, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
