Procurement Administrator

Position Overview

The Procurement Administrator will provide direct support to Sunbelt’s Warehouse & Equipment Manager. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day purchasing, inventory tracking, equipment coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple project and warehouse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Procurement Activities
  • Assist in sourcing and ordering materials, supplies, and equipment as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Obtain vendor quotes and help track purchase orders.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors on open orders.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Support
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records through counts, logs, and digital systems.
  • Assist with organizing warehouse materials and equipment check-in/check-out.
  • Track and document movement of tools/equipment between warehouse and jobsites.
  • Equipment & Tool Coordination
  • Support scheduling for equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Assist in keeping service records and updating logs.
  • Administrative Support
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as requested by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintain vendor files, warranty information, and service contracts.
  • Provide general administrative assistance for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse administration, or construction support role preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or procurement software a plus.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, managers, and field teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
