Job Description: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.</li><li>Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.</li><li>Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.</li><li>Conduct UI/UX testing, ensuring user-friendly and consistent behavior.</li><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.</li><li>Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of test automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc., if applicable).</li><li>Provide clear and detailed testing reports and metrics to stakeholders.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual or automation).</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.</li><li>Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, QTest, etc.).</li><li>Solid knowledge of web and mobile application testing.</li><li>Experience with SQL for basic database validation.</li><li>Familiarity with API testing.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities.</li></ul>Thanks &amp; Regards,Arpitha M9035189831 Sunfra Software ServicesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
