 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage
 
 solar PV and/or energy storage projects in Pakistan
 
 from project initiation to final handover;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and control
 
 project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
 
 to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with
 
 customers, EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
 
 to ensure smooth project execution;
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 site activities
 
 , including installation, commissioning, and grid connection;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify project risks and implement
 
 mitigation and corrective actions
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and provide
 
 regular status reports
 
 to management;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project documentation, change management, and acceptance processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in
 
 Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years
 
 of experience in
 
 solar PV, energy storage, or power infrastructure project management
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 project execution, construction management, and commissioning processes
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 EPC contractors and utility / C&amp;I customers
 
 in Pakistan;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 local regulations, grid requirements, and HSE standards
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in
 
 English
 
 (Urdu is a plus);
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to
 
 travel frequently
 
 to project sites.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 utility-scale or C&amp;I solar projects
 
 ;
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or other
 
 project management certification
 
 is a plus;
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in
 
 international or multinational companies

 We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist based in Pakistan to support sales operations, aftersales ticket coordination, and warehousing management. This role ensures smooth operational processes, timely customer support, and efficient logistics coordination to support overall business growth.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, sales documentation, and system updates.

 Handle aftersales service tickets by coordinating with technical teams, tracking ticket status, and ensuring timely resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee warehousing operations, including inbound/outbound activities, stock accuracy, and inventory reporting.

 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient material handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily operational tasks such as reporting, data consolidation, and administrative coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with sales, service, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing monthly operational reports and performance dashboards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, or customer service; experience in solar/inverter industry is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is preferred.
 </li>
