Job Description
Position Summary
The After Sales Service Engineer provides high-quality technical and customer support through on-site and remote services. The role involves product pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and customer training, as well as supporting and training regional service engineers and service partners. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site field services, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.

Prepare service reports, fault analysis reports, and related technical documentation.

Provide technical training and ongoing support to regional service engineers and service partners.

Deliver remote technical assistance to customers via telephone and email.

Coordinate with sales, project, and HQ technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Ensure all field service activities comply with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company service procedures.

Plan and coordinate service activities, working closely with internal teams to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.

Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail with effective follow-up skills.

Strong sense of responsibility toward assigned work and customer satisfaction.

Experience in a technical support or customer service role within the solar PV industry.

Hands-on experience in PV inverter commissioning and repair.
