Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused WhatsApp Support Engineer specializing in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and inverter systems. The role involves providing real-time technical assistance to customers via WhatsApp, diagnosing issues, offering troubleshooting guidance, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries received via WhatsApp.
  • Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for UPS and inverter systems.
  • Guide customers through installation, configuration, fault diagnosis, and basic repairs.
  • Record and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or field support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or support logs.
  • Educate customers on product usage, warranty policies, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Stay updated with the latest models, firmware updates, and product documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with UPS and inverter products.
  • Familiarity with different UPS topologies (online, offline, line-interactive) and inverter types.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in using WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.

Skills Required:

  • Technical knowledge of power electronics and energy backup systems.
  • Patience and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex technical details in a simple manner.
  • Team player with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Working Conditions:

  • Support may be required during weekends or off-hours depending on the customer base.
  • Role may involve occasional visits to client sites for product training or escalated support.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
