Together, we can make a difference in how we engage with our customers every day!Job Responsibilities:First Contact- Primary Responsibility:<ul><li>Keeping sales statistics up to date</li><li>Monitor phone calls as they come in</li><li>Stay up to date on industry changes</li><li>Prepare estimates for our System Designers</li><li>Log all information into our Customer Lead Tracker</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for all incoming inquiries</li><li>Get electric bill information from customers and analyze data</li></ul>Marketing Coordinator:<ul><li>Stay up to date with social media presence</li><li>Organize events and promotional activities</li><li>Monitor website needs and keep website updated</li><li>Create compelling content for Blogs, Newsletters, and Promotional Materials</li><li>Keeping branding materials up to date (sweatshirts, hats, sun shirts and signs, etc.)</li></ul>Your Experience:<ul><li>Social Media skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets</li><li>Experience in customer service or a related field</li><li>Familiarity with basic graphic design or ability to learn</li><li>Previous experience in Marketing or Public Relations- Preferred but not required</li></ul>Your Skills:<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment</li></ul>Full Time: Benefits/Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. Dental and Vision insurance. Health insurance. Paid time off after 90 days.
