Job Responsibilities:

First Contact- Primary Responsibility:

• Keeping sales statistics up to date
• Monitor phone calls as they come in
• Stay up to date on industry changes
• Prepare estimates for our System Designers
• Log all information into our Customer Lead Tracker
• Serve as the primary contact for all incoming inquiries
• Get electric bill information from customers and analyze data

Marketing Coordinator:

• Stay up to date with social media presence
• Organize events and promotional activities
• Monitor website needs and keep website updated
• Create compelling content for Blogs, Newsletters, and Promotional Materials
• Keeping branding materials up to date (sweatshirts, hats, sun shirts and signs, etc.)

Your Experience:

• Social Media skills
• Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with basic graphic design or ability to learn
• Previous experience in Marketing or Public Relations- Preferred but not required

Your Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Full Time: Benefits/Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. Dental and Vision insurance. Health insurance. Paid time off after 90 days. Hybrid- Remote potential post training period

Work Location: 150 NE Hawthorne Ave., Suite 200.
