Manage the full-cycle recruitment program</li><li>
Develop and nurture company culture and build relationships</li><li>

Role Specific Tasks and Duties
<ul><li>
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process</li><li>
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization</li><li>
Assists with creating job descriptions and job ads, posting and advertisement processes as well as sourcing selecting of qualified candidates</li><li>
Assists with the entire interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders</li><li>
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details</li><li>
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions</li><li>
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks and new hire orientation</li><li>
Assists with employee relations issues and conducts investigations as needed</li><li>
Assists with processing of terminations</li><li>
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process</li><li>
Maintains integrity and confidentiality while keeping accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation including the performance of internal file audits</li><li>
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management</li><li>
Assists as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers</li><li>
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations</li><li>
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies</li><li>
Miscellaneous tasks which may include cleaning, filing, and general office administration</li></ul>

Required Education and Licenses
<ul><li>
Associate degree required</li><li>
Driver&rsquo;s License and insurable on a company policy</li></ul>

Required Work Experience and Skills
<ul><li>
3 years of administrative experience</li><li>
3 years of managing all phases of the Recruitment and Hiring process</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM Software</li><li>
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles</li><li>
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative</li><li>
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment, human resources principles, benefits, practices, and procedures</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish</li><li>
Data entry skills and Customer Service</li><li>

Professional, flexible, and dependable team player</li><li>

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times</li><li>
Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time</li><li>
Willing to travel to med clinics or job sites for investigation and documentation purposes</li></ul>

Required Language:
English<ul><li>-fluency in reading, writing, and speaking</li><li>
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English</li></ul>

Preferred Work Experience and Skills
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred</li><li>
5 (five) years of related experience</li><li>
Experience with benefit, reward, and event planning</li><li>
Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>
Proficiency with Apple Products</li><li>
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred</li></ul></div>
