Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining environment, your role is vital in delivering top-tier hospitality that keeps guests coming back for more.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting settings, and assisting with sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations</li><li>Assist guests with food allergies or special requests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience</li><li>Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster positive relationships</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction</li><li>Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, or host/hostess duties is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
