We manage a portfolio of beautiful beachfront and coastal properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of the most sought-after locations in the country.We're seeking a highly self-driven Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at vendor coordination, scheduling, and daily problem-solving. If you have prior experience in the short-term rental (STR) industry, hotel/hospitality, property management, or similar fast-moving operations&mdash;this is a big plus!Key Responsibilities (Dispatch Role):<ul><li>Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling for all housekeeping, inspections, and maintenance tasks across our properties.</li><li>Proactively push tasks to completion using every available resource&mdash;coordinating with internal team for approvals, sourcing new/available vendors, and escalating as needed.</li><li>Make outbound calls to multiple vendors daily to secure timely execution of services (repairs, cleaning, inspections, etc.).</li><li>Track all tasks and follow up rigorously to ensure 100% completion and high standards.</li><li>Support any additional tracking procedures, projects, or initiatives assigned by management.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Extremely self-motivated and proactive&mdash;able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.</li><li>Strong confidence in vendor communications (phone-heavy role&mdash;clear, professional, and persistent).</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under time pressure.</li><li>Comfortable in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule (including weekends).</li><li>Bonus: Experience in short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO management), hotels, facilities maintenance coordination, dispatching, or property operations.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay at $21.00</li><li>Full-time, stable hours with a built-in 3-day weekend every week</li><li>Company-provided software training (no prior system knowledge required)</li><li>Opportunity to work in a vibrant beach community with a passionate team</li><li>Be part of a growing company focused on delivering top-tier guest and owner experiences in beautiful San Diego</li></ul>Important Notes:<ul><li>This is not a remote position&mdash;must be able to work on-site at our Mission Beach location.</li><li>The schedule may adjust seasonally, but starts as Friday&ndash;Monday, 9 AM&ndash;8 PM (10-hour shifts).
