We manage a portfolio of beautiful beachfront and coastal properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of the most sought-after locations in the country.

We're seeking a highly self-driven Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at vendor coordination, scheduling, and daily problem-solving. If you have prior experience in the short-term rental (STR) industry, hotel/hospitality, property management, or similar fast-moving operations—this is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities (Dispatch Role):

• Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling for all housekeeping, inspections, and maintenance tasks across our properties.
• Proactively push tasks to completion using every available resource—coordinating with internal team for approvals, sourcing new/available vendors, and escalating as needed.
• Make outbound calls to multiple vendors daily to secure timely execution of services (repairs, cleaning, inspections, etc.).
• Track all tasks and follow up rigorously to ensure 100% completion and high standards.
• Support any additional tracking procedures, projects, or initiatives assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

• Extremely self-motivated and proactive—able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong confidence in vendor communications (phone-heavy role—clear, professional, and persistent).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule (including weekends).
• Bonus: Experience in short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO management), hotels, facilities maintenance coordination, dispatching, or property operations.

• This is not a remote position—must be able to work on-site at our Mission Beach location.
