Assistant to business owner

Position: Assistant to the CEO / Operations Assistant

Haynie Farms, LLC is looking for a highly motivated Assistant to the CEO who can help oversee day-to-day operations and assist with projects across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys problem solving, working in the field, and helping manage crews and equipment.

This role will work directly with the owner, helping coordinate operations, crews, and logistics while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Shadow and assist the CEO with daily operations and job site management
• Travel to various job sites and help coordinate projects
• Help manage drivers, fencing crews, and other field employees
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Operate equipment when needed
• Drive semi trucks and haul materials between job sites
• Help troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
• Assist with logistics, scheduling, and job coordination
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Haynie Farms

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Experience operating equipment and working in the field
• CDL preferred or ability to drive a semi and haul materials
• Leadership ability and experience managing crews
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $956.69 - $1,152.15 per week
