This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and data management skills within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter data into company databases, insurance systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed</li><li>Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information from multiple sources</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards</li><li>Utilize computer skills, including google sheets to maintain data</li><li>Perform entry tasks, ensuring timely processing of transactions and updates in relevant systems</li><li>Conduct data collection activities by gathering information from various sources and inputting it into designated platforms</li><li>Assist with transcription tasks such as converting audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats</li><li>Support clerical duties including filing, data sorting, and organizing documents to streamline office operations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality</li><li>Use basic math skills to verify calculations within datasets as needed</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures</li><li>Proven computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets, including creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets</li><li>Experience with data entry, order processing, or database management systems</li><li>Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed</li><li>Knowledge of data collection methods and basic math principles to ensure precise data handling</li><li>Familiarity with filing systems&mdash;both digital and physical&mdash;and organizational skills to manage large volumes of information effectively</li><li>Previous experience in transcription or data transcription tasks is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Join us as a Data Entry Associate if you thrive on precision, enjoy organizing information efficiently, and are eager to contribute to a team that values accuracy and professionalism.
