Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Enter data into company databases, insurance systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed
  • Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information from multiple sources
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
  • Utilize computer skills, including google sheets to maintain data
  • Perform entry tasks, ensuring timely processing of transactions and updates in relevant systems
  • Conduct data collection activities by gathering information from various sources and inputting it into designated platforms
  • Assist with transcription tasks such as converting audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats
  • Support clerical duties including filing, data sorting, and organizing documents to streamline office operations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Use basic math skills to verify calculations within datasets as needed

Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Proven computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets, including creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets
  • Experience with data entry, order processing, or database management systems
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and basic math principles to ensure precise data handling
  • Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and organizational skills to manage large volumes of information effectively
  • Previous experience in transcription or data transcription tasks is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
