This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while ensuring every guest feels valued and well-served.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.</li><li>Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift using retail math skills.</li><li>Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations.</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving food and beverages promptly while managing multiple tables or stations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.</li><li>Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
