Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift using retail math skills.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving food and beverages promptly while managing multiple tables or stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; nightclub or brewing experience is a plus.
