We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) / Manager with experience of 5+ years in manufacturing industry from pharmaceutical who is able to work in factory and Corporate Both location.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR 
Industries: Pharmaceutical 
Qualification: MBA or PG Diploma in HR Preferred. 
Department: HR 
Location: Corporate 2 Day and Manufacturing Unit 4 Day (Both)*.
Job Responsibilities:
&ndash; Responsible for all kind of Day to day HR operations. in company 
&ndash; Timely attendance process Maintain. 
&ndash; On Time Salary process of workers and the payroll employees 
&ndash; Basic Knowledge about HR Functions. 
&ndash; Communication &amp; Mail drafting whenever requires. 
&ndash; HR and Admin responsibilities include process employee&rsquo;s data, updating company policies. 
&ndash; Recruitment of the vacancy whenever requires. 
&ndash; Managing the complete recruitment life cycle. 
&ndash; Managing attendance of employees. 
&ndash; Assisting Senior in managerial work 
&ndash; Day to day HR / Admin work 
&ndash; Manpower Planning 
&ndash; Working with remuneration policies, including pay package of new hiring 
&ndash; Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing etc. 
&ndash; Support the executives with daily clerical tasks and ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly. 
&ndash; Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive. 
&ndash; Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances or other issues.
