Sunrise Remedies Job Opening for HR Manager.

We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) / Manager with experience of 5+ years in manufacturing industry from pharmaceutical who is able to work in factory and Corporate Both location.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR
Industries: Pharmaceutical
Qualification: MBA or PG Diploma in HR Preferred.
Department: HR
Location: Corporate 2 Day and Manufacturing Unit 4 Day (Both)*.

Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible for all kind of Day to day HR operations. in company
– Timely attendance process Maintain.
– On Time Salary process of workers and the payroll employees
– Basic Knowledge about HR Functions.
– Communication & Mail drafting whenever requires.
– HR and Admin responsibilities include process employee’s data, updating company policies.
– Recruitment of the vacancy whenever requires.
– Managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
– Managing attendance of employees.
– Assisting Senior in managerial work
– Day to day HR / Admin work
– Manpower Planning
– Working with remuneration policies, including pay package of new hiring
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing etc.
– Support the executives with daily clerical tasks and ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
– Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances or other issues.
