Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lawn &amp; Ornamental Spray Technician to join our growing landscaping team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently or in a pair, accurately diagnose turf and ornamental issues, and apply treatments safely and effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply lawn and ornamental fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using Z-Spray and Toro SprayMaster equipment</li><li>Mix and handle chemicals safely and in accordance with all regulations and label instructions</li><li>Operate and maintain an Isuzu spray truck</li><li>Diagnose and identify common turf and ornamental insects, weeds, and diseases</li><li>Recommend and implement proper treatment plans</li><li>Monitor property conditions and adjust applications as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate service records and reports</li><li>Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in lawn and ornamental fertilization and pest control</li><li>Hands-on experience with Z-Spray and/or Toro SprayMaster equipment (required)</li><li>Experience mixing and applying chemicals safely</li><li>Experience driving and operating a spray truck (Isuzu preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of common lawn and ornamental insects, diseases, and treatments</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Applicable state certifications/licenses (preferred or required based on location)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Pay based on experience and ability to demonstrate skills</li><li>Opportunities for advancement for high performers</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: We need a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, can solve problems in the field, and doesn&rsquo;t require constant oversight.
