This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while developing your skills in early childhood education and classroom management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity for children in a daycare setting</li><li>Provide attentive infant care, toddler care, and preschool instruction with a focus on safety and developmental milestones</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster respectful interactions</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children&rsquo;s progress and address individual needs or concerns</li><li>Support children with special education needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive care</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus</li><li>Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively</li><li>Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children&rsquo;s growth and learning</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members confidently</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment dedicated to nurturing young learners</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
