This role involves close collaboration with physicians, EP lab teams, and hospital administrators to ensure optimal use of our products while driving territory business objectives.Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support during EP and Cath lab procedures involving company products. Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve territory growth targets. Deliver structured training programs and hands-on guidance to physicians, nurses, and technicians. Develop strong professional relationships with clinicians, EP lab staff, and hospital management. Stay up to date with product IFUs, industry literature, clinical best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Address customer needs and concerns promptly through phone, email, and on-site interactions.
