Business Development Manager

Job Title – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 7–10 years of experience in business development or sales

Role Overview

Responsible for driving business growth through B2B partnerships and B2C revenue generation for premium toys, gifts, and kids’ products.

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Acquire new clients to drive growth
  • Generate B2B & B2C revenue
  • Identify new markets and opportunities
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly targets

B2B Client Acquisition:

  • Build partnerships (schools, corporates, HR, gifting, events)
  • Pitch products & customized gifting solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Drive repeat business & upselling
  • Manage key accounts as SPOC

Market Expansion & Strategy:

  • Monitor competitors & market trends
  • Share insights with management

Sales Planning & Reporting:

  • Maintain strong sales pipeline
  • Track leads, conversions & closures
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams

Key Deliverables:

  • New B2B tie-ups
  • Revenue growth
  • Client retention
  • Target achievement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in retail, gifting, toys, or lifestyle products preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
