We are a modern, fast-paced dental practice in South Florida looking for a high-performing Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.We have opportunities in West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, and are looking for someone who can help drive production, manage the schedule, and confidently communicate with patients.This is not a traditional front desk role. This position is ideal for someone who understands dentistry and knows how to convert calls into appointments and help patients move forward with treatment.What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For<ul><li>Managing and maintaining a full, productive schedule</li><li>Answering phones and converting calls into scheduled patients</li><li>Following up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases</li><li>Communicating treatment plans with confidence and urgency</li><li>Assisting patients with financial conversations and payments</li><li>Supporting a high-production, fast-paced environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience REQUIRED</li><li>Strong phone skills with the ability to convert patients into appointments</li><li>Ability to understand and confidently discuss treatment plans</li><li>Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients move forward</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Able to work independently and stay productive</li></ul>What Makes Someone Successful in This Role<ul><li>You take ownership of the schedule and actively work to keep it full</li><li>You are confident and direct when speaking with patients</li><li>You know how to create urgency and guide patients to schedule</li><li>You are driven, accountable, and results-oriented</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$22&ndash;$28 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonuses tied to production and growth</li></ul>Location<ul><li>West Palm Beach, FL</li><li>Boynton Beach, FL</li></ul>(Primary location will be assigned based on fit, with potential flexibility between offices.)Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>If you are looking for a role where you can make an impact, grow in a high-performance environment, and be part of a strong team, we would love to meet you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
