Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator (High-Performance Role)

We are a modern, fast-paced dental practice in South Florida looking for a high-performing Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

We have opportunities in West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, and are looking for someone who can help drive production, manage the schedule, and confidently communicate with patients.

This is not a traditional front desk role. This position is ideal for someone who understands dentistry and knows how to convert calls into appointments and help patients move forward with treatment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing and maintaining a full, productive schedule
• Answering phones and converting calls into scheduled patients
• Following up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases
• Communicating treatment plans with confidence and urgency
• Assisting patients with financial conversations and payments
• Supporting a high-production, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience REQUIRED
• Strong phone skills with the ability to convert patients into appointments
• Ability to understand and confidently discuss treatment plans
• Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients move forward
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and stay productive

Compensation

• $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to production and growth
