It is well-suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling routine administrative and financial tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Issue and manage customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including payment tracking and collection follow-ups</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, payment processing, and record maintenance</li><li>Maintain accurate daily accounting report preparation</li><li>Bank reconciliation and payment verification</li><li>Office administration and internal coordination for management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual: Korean&ndash;English or Chinese&ndash;English</li><li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (required)</li><li>Prior office administration or accounting support experience preferred</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and basic office tools</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizens or Permanent Residents only)</li><li>Employment Type: W-2 (Employment position)</li></ul>Pre-Employment Screening<ul><li>Employment with our Company is subject to a satisfactory background check</li><li>Candidates acknowledge and agree that we may request professional reference, including contacting prior employers, as permitted by law</li></ul>Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Irvine, CA 92618 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
