Fiberglass Insulation InstallerSuperior Insulation is seeking experienced fiberglass insulation installers to join our team. We offer competitive piece rate compensation at nine cents a square foot and have a training period starting at $20 per hour. On piece rate you get paid for what you install, the more you install the more you&rsquo;re paid! Installers can make more than $40 per hour.As an installer you would be required to efficiently install insulation in residential and commercial settings. A competent installer will have attention to detail, precision, speed and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.Installer responsibilities include:&middot; Measuring and cutting insulating materials to in into walls. Floors and ceilings according to project specifications&middot; Install insulation using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure proper fit and coverage.&middot; Seal joints and seams of insulation with staples, tape, or other approved methods.&middot; Safely operate equipment such as saws, knives, and other hand tools necessary for insulation installation.&middot; Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.&middot; Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule and according to quality standards.&middot; Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the job site.Requirements for the position include:&middot; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.&middot; Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation to job sites.&middot; Proven experience as a Fiberglass Insulation Installer or similar role.&middot; Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.&middot; Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to insulation installation.&middot; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installation.&middot; Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.&middot; Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Benefits include:&middot; Health dental and vision insurance&middot; Competitive piece rate pay structure&middot; Opportunities for advancement and professional developmentAbout Superior InsulationSuperior Insulation is a leader in the Spokane construction industry, specializing in insulation solutions for residential and commercial properties.
