Superior Insulation is seeking experienced fiberglass insulation installers to join our team. We offer competitive piece rate compensation at nine cents a square foot and have a training period starting at $20 per hour. On piece rate you get paid for what you install, the more you install the more you’re paid! Installers can make more than $40 per hour.

As an installer you would be required to efficiently install insulation in residential and commercial settings. A competent installer will have attention to detail, precision, speed and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Installer responsibilities include:

· Measuring and cutting insulating materials to in into walls. Floors and ceilings according to project specifications

· Install insulation using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure proper fit and coverage.

· Seal joints and seams of insulation with staples, tape, or other approved methods.

· Safely operate equipment such as saws, knives, and other hand tools necessary for insulation installation.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule and according to quality standards.

· Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the job site.

Requirements for the position include:

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

· Proven experience as a Fiberglass Insulation Installer or similar role.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.

· Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to insulation installation.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installation.

· Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
