Third Party Administration firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant with experience in all aspects of plan administration to include:Completion of Annual Valuation Reports including the Form 5500.Performing all annual testing including ADP/ACP; coverage; non-discrimination including cross-testing, etc.Overall technical familiarity with plan rules including contribution limits, benefit restrictions under IRC 436, distributions, loans, hardships, etc.Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, etc. using FT Williams Software.Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations. Looking for strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of critical thinking and problem solving attributes. Direct experience working with a TPA firm administering retirement plans is required.Pension education and credentials are valued and supported. High compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience and knowledge.
