Third Party Administration firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant with experience in all aspects of plan administration to include:

Completion of Annual Valuation Reports including the Form 5500.

Performing all annual testing including ADP/ACP; coverage; non-discrimination including cross-testing, etc.

Overall technical familiarity with plan rules including contribution limits, benefit restrictions under IRC 436, distributions, loans, hardships, etc.

Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, etc. using FT Williams Software.

Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations. Looking for strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of critical thinking and problem solving attributes. Direct experience working with a TPA firm administering retirement plans is required.

Pension education and credentials are valued and supported. High compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience and knowledge. There is no travel required for this position.
