Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Payroll Processing:</li><li>Accurately calculate employee wages, deductions, and taxes.</li><li>Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and salary updates.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries through direct deposit or other methods.</li><li>Compliance and Regulations:</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.</li><li>Prepare and file payroll-related tax returns and reports.</li><li>Record Keeping:</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee information, time records, and payroll transactions.</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality of payroll data.</li><li>Benefits Administration:</li><li>Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.</li><li>Communication and Collaboration:</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.</li><li>Other Duties:</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data.</li><li>Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations.</li><li>Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.</li><li>Participate in HR projects related to payroll and compensation.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
