JD – Supply Chain Executive (Immediate Joining)

Location: Gurgaon, Sushant Lok-1

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
• Work on SAP for PR, PO, GRN, and inventory management
• Handle import procedures, customs documentation, and coordination with CHA & freight forwarders
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from Logistics vendors
• Email communication with foreign & indigenous OEMs and suppliers for enquiries, pricing, and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, finance) for smooth operations

Mandatory Skills:

• Quotation preparation & negotiation
• Professional email communication.
• Good Excel and coordination skills
• Import procedure experience (preferred)

Qualification & Experience:

• 2-5 years relevant experience (manufacturing / equipment industry preferred)
• Any Graduate
