 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Suprema is looking for an experienced and highly motivated
 
 Regional Sales Manager
 
 based in
 
 Karachi, Pakistan
 
 , to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence across Pakistan.
 
 
 As the primary commercial representative for Pakistan, you will be responsible for developing our channel network, managing relationships with distributors and system integrators, identifying new business opportunities, supporting key projects, and promoting Suprema's industry-leading biometric and security solutions.  We are looking for a proactive, self-driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial background in the electronic security industry, understands the Pakistani market, and is passionate about delivering innovative security solutions to distributors, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sustainable business growth across Pakistan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and expand Suprema's network of distributors, system integrators, installers, and channel partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, end users, and key decision makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support existing partners by coordinating with technical and marketing teams throughout the sales cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, qualify, and develop new channel partners and business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate demand by promoting Suprema's Access Control, Time Attendance, Mobile Access, AI Face Recognition, and Biometric Security solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive projects from specification through successful completion together with channel partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and training sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, partner events, and customer workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitive activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reports, and account development plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with regional management, technical support, marketing, and headquarters to achieve business objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Based in
 
 Karachi, Pakistan,
 
 available to travel across the country and to Dubai.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 7&ndash;10+ years
 
 of successful B2B sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
 </li>
 <li>
 Access Control
 </li>
 <li>
 Time Attendance
 </li>
 <li>
 CCTV
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical Security
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience selling through distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Pakistani security market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Established network within the security industry is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 government, enterprise, banking, telecom, data center, healthcare, education, or critical infrastructure projects
 
 will be considered a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel extensively throughout Pakistan.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business development, account management, and strategic sales skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience preparing sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working for a security manufacturer is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with biometric access control technologies is highly preferred.
 </li>
