Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations &mdash; gathering billing information, preparing accurate invoices, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal teams. You'll work in a fast-paced office environment supporting both field operations and management, and you will be expected to communicate professionally with customers and staff alike. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a structured, team-oriented setting.Duties<ul><li>Collect all necessary information required to generate accurate customer invoices</li><li>Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Review invoices for accuracy prior to delivery and distribute through proper procedures</li><li>Assist with month-end reporting and billing reconciliation</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff to resolve billing inquiries</li><li>Maintain organized billing records and documentation</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Previous billing or accounts receivable experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Open Invoice, Open Ticket, Microsoft Excel, and general Office software</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in oilfield, energy, or chemical industry billing</li><li>Familiarity with field ticketing and invoice workflows</li><li>Associates degree or higher in accounting, business, or a related field</li><li>Ability to handle a high volume of invoices with consistent accuracy</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Midland, TX 79707 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
