Whether it&rsquo;s a lively night out or a relaxed dining experience, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering the welcoming atmosphere Kasama is known for.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining Kasama&rsquo;s presentation and service standards</li><li>Offer thoughtful menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience</li><li>Process cash and card transactions accurately and handle cashiering responsibilities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas</li><li>Assist with bussing tables, light food preparation, and supporting kitchen and bar staff as needed</li><li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards consistently</li><li>Build positive guest relationships through product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service during every shift</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred but not required (fine dining, casual dining, bar, or nightclub experience a plus)</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy service periods</li><li>Confident in upselling menu items and making recommendations</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices</li><li>Experience with bussing, hosting, food prep, or kitchen support is an advantage</li><li>Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>At Kasama Food &amp; Bar, we value teamwork, hospitality, and pride in what we serve.
