Surfers Point Caf&eacute; is Hiring &ndash; Hospitality-Centric Barista We&rsquo;re looking to hire for a hospitality-driven team member who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and takes pride in doing things the right way.This is a barista role but more broadly speaking this is a hospitality role! At Surfers Point Cafe we strive to create a space where guests feel known, taken care of, and want to come back.We don&rsquo;t just ask our guests&rsquo; names&mdash;we learn them.We&rsquo;re building something that blends great coffee, quality food, and a growing beer &amp; wine program into a space that feels easy, coastal, and dialed-in. Do it well.</li><li>Have fun doing it.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Deliver a genuine, memorable guest experience&mdash;every time</li><li>Execute high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with consistency</li><li>Support barista standards and help elevate the overall program</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace</li><li>Assist with beer &amp; wine service (when certified)</li><li>Adapt to menu, service, and operational changes as we grow</li><li>Embrace the pay it forward mentality.
