While prior experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing office settings is advantageous, our primary focus is on integrity and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Must have a dedicated, interruption-free home workspace.</li><li>Equipped with a desktop computer, phone, and reliable internet connection to efficiently run web-based scheduling and call management software.</li><li>Previous call-taking experience is advantageous; strong phone etiquette is essential.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Reliable, adaptable, team-oriented, and empathetic towards clients' needs.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and with enthusiasm.</li><li>Maintain a positive tone, communicate clearly, and ensure follow-through on each call and task.</li><li>Serve as a problem solver and customer advocate to deliver exceptional customer service, collaborating with co-workers as necessary.</li><li>Gather essential information from calls and accurately enter data for record-keeping and customer account management.</li><li>Log each call taken and ensure proper tax codes are entered when creating accounts.</li><li>Schedule jobs and assign them to electricians based on availability and staffing.</li><li>Develop and maintain a personalized system for organizing daily tasks.</li><li>Follow up with customers after each job to ensure they receive the highest level of service.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 50 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Call center: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kent, WA 98030
