 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Huntington Beach, CA. The Vice President of Sales will oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, drive business development efforts, and lead a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and cultivating relationships with clients to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Account Management and Sales Operations with a focus on building client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong abilities in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to manage and motivate a sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the medical or surgical device industry preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 You must have experience in this space with relationships across Spine, Neuro, Plastic, Orthopedics, and the ability to move product.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have contacts within contracting and GPO's
 </li>
